All Gacha machines are retired
Since September 1, 2021, use of the sales mechanism for content in Second Life commonly known as “gacha” and similar mechanisms, where the results are driven primarily by chance and payment is required to participate in the activity, including, without limitation, lootboxes, ais prohibited in Second Life.
Trinket Machine explanation and FAQ
A Trinket machine is not like a gacha machine.
The vendor picture of the Trinket machine shows you the numbers of the items and the machine tells you the current price and the 2 prices coming up next:
It also shows you the time you have to wait till the next price comes up. Every machine is set to a waiting time of 5 minutes.
There are always a few rare items in a machine. All items in the Trinket machine are no copy but are transfer.
Always try the DEMO before you play the machine. Some items may not fit the newest mesh heads out there.
Do NOT rezz any of the items in the folder on the ground. If you did and lost the item, see the faq underneath.

RESELLERS of old gacha’s and new trinket items
MINA Hair does not provide assistance on items purchased from resellers. Please keep this in mind when purchasing in yard sales or on the Marketplace.
Resellers cannot be considered official MINA Hair affiliates nor business partners, hence MINA Hair is not responsible for their actions.
If you do buy MINA items from a reseller make sure you come to the mainstore to try a DEMO first if they are still available to make sure the hair fits your shape or mesh head.

Q) Can I return the hair I got because I don’t like the color and get a refund?
A) No, there is a sign on or near my Trinket imachine’s that will tell you to first read the rules before playing. So the fact that random colorpacks are given should be known to you.
Q) I rezzed my hair and now it’s gone.
A) Please relog and when you are back online search for the name of the hair in your inventory, it will most likely be there.
