Store policy

Failed delivery or lost product.

If you purchased an item and did not receive it or you lost the product:
– Touch the redelivery terminal at MINA mainstore and follow the instructions.

– Items bought on https://marketplace.secondlife.com. Log in your account, go to Marketplace » My account » My order history and look for the product and click “Redeliver item

Return Policy & Permissions

All items are no transfer/copy. Therefore it is not possible to exchange or return your purchases.
We can not make any exceptions to this rule, so please don’t ask.
MINA provides demos for all items. They are free, so please use them 🙂

MINA V.I.P.

MINA V.I.P. members get 10% DISCOUNT when wearing the MINA V.I.P. group tag while buying products in the mainstore. This does not apply to purchases made with a gift card and while playing one of MINA’s gacha machines. Please don’t forget to wear the group tag, we can not give the discount afterwards.

MINA V.I.P. membership fee is a one-time cost of $200L.
This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
