Anna has a little bun in the back and Lia comes with a ponytail.
Both hairs are resizable (except the ponytail in the back of Lia because that part is rigged) by touching the top of the hair. A popup will appear and will let you choose a resize option.
Both hairs come with a styleHUD with 4 different options as shown in the picture.
Pocket Gacha is a different shopping event, it is HUD based. You can play anywhere! Feel free to play at your home if you want! You will need to obtain the HUD in order to play the gacha.
